Refund policy
We design, make and print all of our own products and personally check everything before we post it out to you. We hope you love your order as much as we hope you do but if for some reason you would like to return or exchange an item please contact us and we will endeavour to do what we can.
Damages and issues
If your order is damaged on receipt, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@onceuponadandelion.com and we will make it right.
Returns for other reasons
If you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason, send us an email at info@onceuponadandelion.com within 14 days of purchase and please include your reason for return so we can advise you of the necessary steps to be taken to return your item(s). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging and proof of purchase. If we ask you to return your item to us it must be posted out to us within 21 days of purchase.
If your preference is a refund, it will be processed excluding the original postage (if applicable) once we have received your item and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Gifts
If the item was bought for you and marked as a gift when purchased you can choose an exchange or a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate can be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will need to be issued to the gift giver back onto their original method of payment.

Please note that for returns other than faulty or wrong items sent, you will be responsible for the cost of posting the item back to us. If you are returning an item costing over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as unfortunately we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable amount of time please contact your bank or credit card company that the refund was issued to. If they cannot see the refund please contact us at info@onceuponadandelion.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or plants in a hamper) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
